mckjhsdnbfwe or whatever your name is. Bush signed the Millitary Commisions Act in October of 06. That gave Bush the Right to deem anyone an enemy combatant for no reason without trial by jury without telling them why said person is being arrested and or detained. He eliminated Habeaus Corpus which. In that time that this was in effect, Bush could say, "Mr. Mchsdkkjsfhbwuief, i think youre aiding terrorists, let me 1. search your house without warrant (4th ammendment) not take you to trial for this (5th ammendment to 8th ammendment). And now your detained so your rights to free speech (1st ammendment) right to bear arms (2nd ammendment). and the 9th and 10th arent helping you. And the 3rd no one cares about anyway

It took them a year because it isn't anything of the sort.
Your wildly insane exaggeration of what that act is completely undermines your argument, and rightfully so.

This is the kind of thing we face in the seditious rantings against our own government. They claim our government is against us, then urge us to attack our own government.

Why? What do they want? How about we just give in and become socialists. Make their lives easier.

If you'll go here http://www.loc.gov/rr/frd/Military_Law/pdf/PL-109-366.pdf and read what this actually says you'll see that this deals with "Alien" Military Combatants....Since it deals with people who aren't Americans then the Constitution or the liberties afforded under it don't apply in the first place.

While I'm not trying to in any way defend what this moron has done to the civil liberties of Americans under the guise of "freedom" and "safety" if you're going to bash the man at least have your facts straight. Glad to hear it was removed if that was the case...
