Whos the better starter for this coming season ..who has a bigger fantasy upside this year ?

I've never played softball before but I'm interested in joining a recreational fast-pitch softball/club sport when I go to grad school in 2 years. I know that's a long stretch from now but I'd like to join with at least minimal skills. I'm planning on playing some slow-pitch next spring, which I guess will help but I was wondering if there are drills I can work on or videos/books I can use to help me understand/learn/gain skills on the sport.. Is it possible to learn good technique from videos?? Thanks!!!

I work in an office with like 30 other people and almost everyone single one of them smokes. I think it's gross and unhealthy and with all that we know about cancer I just want to know why people start smoking in the first place. I understand that some older people are addicted and started before we knew all that we know now but what about young people?

I want answers from different point of views here, so could you please tell me honestly, how can I persuade you to become active and stand up and speak out for the weaker ones; for the less fortunate; for the innocents labelled guilty!
What will it take from me, to open people's eyes and show them the other side of the world? To make them understand the suffering of some beings? To make their heart beat in the name of generosity and righteousness? How am I supposed to open this window so tightly closed nowadays by silly divisions, fanatical and narrow-minded ideas and convince people that living and loving each other is what we should be doing? How am I supposed to covince YOU to join forces to bring goodness in this world so as to cancel out all the negative things? How?

What specifically does he have in mind besides broad statements, such as restating that their are 2 Americas every time he talks. Getting rid of the Bush tax cuts will simply increase taxes across the board. So what is his plan? He's some trial lawyer so we have to be carful with his slick words.
