I hate the Yankees. When I actually examine my emotions about the Yankees, I realize that my hatred is really masking jealousy. At first, I thought I hate them because they've ruined baseball by driving the price of free agents up. But so have other teams (Texas Rangers signed A-Rod for $250 million).
So why do I really hate them? I'm jealous as hell that they've won the World Series 26 times and my team never wins. I'm jealous because they are always the center of attention, on national TV, etc., and no one gives a crap about my team. I'm just plain jealous.

Love the Yankees, fan for life. I know they aren't doing very well right now, but I'll always support them.

HATE!!! how could you like a team that literally buys the best players in the world and still can't win a championship. its ridiculous. they're are the only team that relies on money only and its embarrassing that they can't win.
