NO YEAST PIZZA
1 c. flour
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients. Gather in a ball. Knead 10 times. Let stand 15 minutes. Put dough on a greased cookie sheet. Cover with wax paper and roll. Remove paper. Top with favorite toppings. Try it with no sauce, bacon, broccoli, tomato, seasoned with a little garlic and topped with cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees.

Low: 200 - 300
Medium 300 - 400
High 400 - 500

About 350-375 for 15-20 minutes depending on the size and if it is frozen or not, just check it after about 15 minutes. if the bottom of the crust is getting brown, it is getting close. I make pizza from scratch at home all the time, but i have always used yeast in the dough, cause I like a pan type crust, and it has to rise, someone may know of a thin type crust without yeast, tho, I always wanted to try just beer and flour as a dough, but I havent yet. A lot of folks are saying 400 or higher! I dont know about that. I think the cheese will burn (and the crust). I've never cooked it that high. Lower and longer is better, I think

Hi, This is just a suggestion, I would set oven to high to preheat for 5 min. than put pizza in while lowering the setting to medium for 20 min. That's the average time for pizza to cook, but keep an eye on it. Take out when crisp. About the dough, you could make it without, but you need the yeast to make it rise. Frank.

I watched Alton Brown's 'Good Eats' on pizza, and he had a brick like you use in landscaping placed on the bottom of the oven, and the oven turned to it's highest temperature.
The link I will add also has his recipe for making pizza dough, if you can find the episode, I think he mentions possibilities for not using yeast.

400 - that would be High. Like your bare hand can only stand being in there for a second.
A good pizza dough without yeast is just making a baking powder biscuit dough - from scratch or TeaBisk or Bisquick. You can also use cooked rice or noodles mixed with eggs, in a pinch.

When cooking a pizza from scratch I always preheat the oven to 450 and put it on the bottom rack. 20 - 25 minutes. I would suggest using yeast.

From-scratch pizza needs 425 (Fahrenheit, obviously) and bakes in 14-18 minutes. We sometimes pre-bake the bare crust for 7 minutes, then put on all the saunce, toppings, cheese, and return it to the oven for 7-11 more minutes.
Every recipe for crust that I have involves yeast.

350 degrees goes for everything in the oven,depending what altitude you are at. Check on the pizza every 15 minutes or so. When the cheese is melted and the crust has a golden-brown color, it's done.
