well, are you from the UK?
if yes, then the simple answer is none.
the long answer is nnnooonnneee, lol.
Most sponsorships are now closed down because airlines know that most pilot's will try and pay for themselves :-(
Easyjet have a bond going so they pay the cost of training back over 7 yrs or somthing like that, CTC wings do this bond for all students i think, and sometimes flybe offers sponsorship.
Just gotta look all ova the internet, but be prepared to pay in the end maybe.
