She is deputy headmistress after all, and she seems to be close to Dumbledore. When he died she also seemed upset. I think they are/were a great couple. Didn't they dance together at the Yule ball? I don't know. What do you all think.

I need a new close contact hunt seat saddle. I want to purchase a used saddle, but I haven't been able to find one, so I think I may just end up getting a new one. What bands should consider? Must be under 1,500 dollars.

I have only ever ridden in Pessoa's, and would like something different this time. I won't consider Wintec, Pessoa, HDR (Henry DeRe...something), or anything that is cheaply made.

Has anyone had any experiance with the Dover line of saddles? Are they well made? They sound good in the catalog, but I have never seen one in person...

Can we admit the reason why people were so pissed about Don Imus being fired is that he degraded black women and 2 black leaders were the ones calling for his firing?

I've never seen so much "support" for a liberal from cons in my life.

Had Mike Huckabee and Bill O'Reilly been the ones calling for a black Imus firing, would anyone have been up in arms about it at all?

Are we really going to continue to pretend it was a freedom of speech thing?

Has anyone else noticed that in more and more movies these days, they are showing violace with children. They never used to do that, maybe indicate it, but nw they actually are starting to show it in a variety of movies. I think that is overboard, not necessary, it is sick, not that showing violance against anyone is good, but kids, thats just to far. Has anyone else noticed this? I could see if it was a movie that is a call for help on issues, or like blood diamond, where it was showing reality, but this issue is more and more in movies that aren't for the reasons I listed, but for like a sick shock factor, and in just regular movies, not just horror film. I'm a regular person, I don't enjoy messed up movies, just regular stuff in the theater, but I am noticing this, more and more.

This girl is sad because she is being forced to wed a guy she doesn't even know. She's nice and lives with her parents, and is afraid to speak out against them. She had repeatedly said no to the engagement and will continue to do so, but is sadden by the fact that her parents is nagging her about why she wont marry the guy. Of course her parents is doing this for money purposes since the are not americans and have a different cultural tradition. Wouldn't you say this is wrong but she has no other option but to move out ans she knows this. She will not move out because she has no job and loves her parents too much, but she had said she will continue refusing the engagement. I know deep inside she just wants to leave and go elsewhere but she's too weak to even try. so what can I do to cheer her up? I think she is really sad and depressed.
