How formal do you want this. You can always do something at the Ritz or Saint Regis but you are talking a lot of money here. Then if you want something that has younger people around the same age try the Yard House at triangle square in Costa Mesa. Which city are you in. How about "Dave and Buster's"? They can drink alcohol, play arcade games, oh, wait . . . that's probably not formal. But it would be fun. What does one do at a "formal" 21st birthday party?
