I moved into my apt in jan 07 signed a lease that said 600, a monnth I get a letter today saying my rent goes up 50 bucks starting august 1. Is this ok for my landlord to do that, I am kinda ticked about it

Ok well my brother just bought a computer it came with a Vista uprgade so the computer ran on a 25 day trial on Vista after he had to put the Vistaupgrade cd in but it was scrathed n now it wont run so basically it has no operating system it useless n when we try to load the cd it says its coruppted due to the scrathes wat can i do ? plz help

I'm pregnant and would like to take a bath. Not hot, just comfortably warm. I keep reading that your core temp shouldn't be above 102 and that the water shouldn't be above 100. To make sure I'm nowhere close to that, can I just use a thermometer orally while I'm in the tub? I feel really stupid for asking, but you don't know me so I'll risk it. :)

today i was picking up some of the neutrogena acne gel stuff, and i happened to see the acne scar remover (something like that). it was like 14 dollars so i didnt buy it, because i did not know if it worked. the scars arent THAT bad, but they're noticable. they are kind of like little indentions in my face, mostly on my cheeks. so does it work or no? worth the money? should i get something from the derm?

i'm trying to avoid all the wires so i'm looking for the best router/adapter combo: best range and speed without spending that much money... right now i'm using a belkin router fsd9230 and a linksys adapter wusb54gs and i can't seem to get the best performance out of these 2... i also have another adapter (airlink model "?" that has 3 antennas) that will not connect at all, and the router is just in the other room... cat5 will be my last option...

When did the Breasts become Sexual Objects?
Why do we, as a society, keep shoving more and more chemical into our children's bodies.
I am NOT against Formula feeding mothers, I just want to know, for the people who find it "disgusting" and "gross" WHY? Why is it sexual. When I am breastfeeding my Daughter. I find NOTHING sexual about it. We are MAMMELS and mammels feed their young through Milk. Why is that so hard for some people? I mean if you have trouble breastfeeding, I am NOT knocking you, If you choose not too i'm NOT knocking you, but I have heard and read some very disrespectful comments regarding breastfeeding. I DO NOT bash formula feeding mothers Why bash me?

I have the most sincere love and trust in God and have praying and learning scripture with all my heart And in 1/2003 I began my new life it as if the old me died. I am now still lonely and more confused and drained.
