It is a chihuahua one year old and he always vomits in the morning like white stuff.

If he is fine otherwise, some dogs can't handle going all night without a little something in their stomachs--they get nauseated. My Shih Tzu does this. Just give him a small snack at bedtime and then feed him first thing in the morning and see if that solves the problem. If not, a vet check is in order.

Try the bedtime snack for your chi, a lot of breeds, even big ones will get upsets stomachs if they go too long a stretch without food, and normal symptom is to see vomiting first thing in the morning since that is the longest stretch they often og without food as often feeding time are around 6pm and 8am or 9 am then with sleeping the acid in the stomach just sits in one spot since they are not moving around alot and irritates the stomach lining in just one area so like having a mild ulcer , so the bedtime snack may help to resolve if it does not after a couple of days , then you should take him to the vet to see if something else is going on, you don't want to wait too long incase the cause is something else like a symptom of a renal problem
possibly caused by dog food problems with tainted foods are still ongoing unfortunately , try typing the brand of your food in the search box here to see if other people are reporting problems with the food

I personally recommend feeding foods only from the 5 and 6 star categories here since they are made with human grade ingredients only http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com/dog_food_reviews/index.php

Canidae is a real good choice when it comes to their pricing for quality, they are one of the few pet food makers that uses meat that are antibiotic and hormone free and use rice that is tested free of pesticides and aflatoxins ( a grain mold that has resulted in several recalls of other foods in the past, other foods can use grains that contain some and be deemed safe at the time of processing but the mold can multiply and grow once the bag is bought and opened as light heat and humidity can that cause the existing molds to multiply to where they can become dangerous and toxic, so how you store these foods becomes extremely important ), this is why I like this food, it has no molds in it so nothing there that can multiply, so a real good choice for pet owners that may not have airconditioning to keep their home cool with low humidity so safe if you can not use up a bag in a 2 weeks, there is a store locator on their website http://www.canidae.com

My Dachshund did this same thing a few years ago..every morning at about 3a.m. he would come stand on top of me tell I woke up and then he would start to vomit. It usually appeared painful and would look as though it was going to be a large vomit then a white almost translucent liquid would come out. I tried peptol bismal and after night 4, I went to the vet. They wanted to run all these blood test and costly things etc. I said just x-ray him first. Sure enough the little guy was constipated. One messy enema later and he was good to go!!
I would try this if I were you. If the xray doesn't show him to be plugged move to the blood work.
Good luck!

i've got owned 2 Westies and the two had digestive issues. as long as she isn't itching, try including a spoonful of non-fat unflavored yogurt to her final meal of the day. That labored for me. She is throwing up as a results of fact her abdomen is in simple terms too empty. Westies have enormously quickly metabolisms and digest nutrients rapidly. This leaves her with an empty tummy which may be very uncomfortable. Any threat you could feed the canine later at night?

My German Shepherd does this too, and it is because he has a sensitive stomach. I give him a little cooked oatmeal in his food at dinnertime, and this seems to help. However, it could also be caused by worms (ringworm, roundworm, etc.) so a fecal check with your vet would be a good idea.

As far as diet, could be.
Are you getting ready to leave?
Is it while you are getting ready to go to work?
My Peke was doing this and I found out it was nerves. I spend about 5 minutes with him now before I leave and he has not done it since then. Just a guess...

maybe he has been eating something different? have you changed the food brand? maybe hes having a hard time adjusting to it. if it continues then you should take him to the vet but keep a good eye on him for a while =)

Is it clear color? If so then he sounds like he has an upper respiratory infection!
Regardless ,you need to get him to your local Vet as soon as possible!
Poor lil pup! hope he gets well soon!

Maybe mix his food with a little bit of water - to soften it up some.
