I need a summary of daily routine on what is the best exercise, best daily food consuming to lose weight not necessarily the fastest way, but the most EFFECTIVE way so we can lose pounds/fats off forever.

im looking for a healthier lifestyle.

I dont want crash dieting, coz simply, we'll gain more than before (if we stop crash diet). SO TELL ME, HOW DID U LOSE WEIGHT? Tell me your secret. =)

I'm starting to sell coupons on ebay and I was wondering. Here in Utah there is the Deseret Morning New and the Salt Lake TRibune. If I got both Sunday's newspapers, would they each have the Sunday coupons in them, or just one? Or would they be different coupons? I need help. I'm about to subscribe.
