Why Are We Being Marginalized?

Hard working, tax-paying Americans are being marginalized by our government when it comes to immigration. The people have spoken, yet the government ignores us. Where was the President when it came to Social Security reform? At the first sign of trouble, he backed off. Now I am supposed to lay down and wait for more social program recipients to flood my country and turn it into a third world cess pool like their own country? I think not. When are we as Americans going to do something about our government?

Am I wasting my time here?

It seems that most people ask a question, and then pick an answer based on what they want to hear, ignoring the real answers.

I've done my best trying to stop Christians attack other faiths (especially atheism) because they view it as inferior. One of the questions I saw was "America is a Christian nation. When do we stop being so tolerant [to other beliefs]?" I do not mean to pick on the Christians, but it is from them that I have seen the worst on Yahoo answers. This may just be due to the fact that most people on here are Christian but I'm not sure. It seems contradictory to me that a religion would teach unacceptance for others.

I guess the real question is why do people of different beliefs feel that they are in a battle against people who think differently?

My husband wants to lose weight and go on a diet how can I help?

My husband keeps saying he wants to go on a diet to lose weight, which I encourage what he wants. The thing is he isn't following a diet. He is depressed about his weight. How can I positively encourage and support him without being pushy, or controlling to help him reach that goal? I would diet with him but I have to keep my weight up or I get underweight. We will be getting access to exercise equipment soon. Any suggestions?

Where is NY Yankees ballpark?

Hi. Guys. First of all, please understand my english. I know my english is so bad.
I have been studying english in NY for 3 month. Whatever,
I bought gameday tickets(Jun. 17 vs MEtS) on internet site yesterday. as you know.
There is no time to delivery ticket. So I called that company.
I asked that how can i get the tickets.
They said just go BALLPARK until game get started and show the my ID.
And they said they will send a e-mail to me about BALLPARK information.
So I had belived them. But now I checked my mailbox.
I have never got a e-mail from them. I can't belive this. So I don't know where is BALLPARK.
If there is a someone who know about BALLPARK or
have a experience that bought ticket on internet.
Please tell me. Please.

Anyone leave fuel in Kawasaki PWC all winter and not able to start it?

I have a 2000 Kawasaki ZXi 1100 that I didn't remove the fuel from last Fall like I should have. Now it won't start. I put stabilizer in it in November, but by then it already wouldn't start and I don't think what I put in the tank was able to work it's way through to the carbs. Does anyone know what is involved in getting it to run again? Also, if I drain ther old gas, what can I do with it to get rid of the fuel? Thanks for your help.

What kind of bush is the one that a lot of people have?

It's like a plain, ordinary bush that everyone sort of has. Dark green, shiny leaves about a centimetre wide and two long. No flowers or anything that I've ever seen.

Which names do you think is better?

Im 24weeks pregnant and Im having another little boy. But with my first I couldnt figure a name out until I was 9mths it was like a week before I went in the hospital. So this time I wanna be ready. Boy names to me are soo much harder to think of. But these are the ones I have in mind.

fish itch?

What does the itch disease for the fish look like? I just bought an angelfish last night. She is white and small. She appears to be healthy to me! She is eating and swimming around but I did notice on her tail she has a white dot. Its not off the skin or anything. I just am a new fish owner and worried that something could be wrong.
