yeah probably... its cities are constantly getting titles such as "the angriest city" and stuff. It's full of aliens and freaking hobos too. and too many perverts get their deek hawd with minors here....

I know where the most f#cked up people work - DC, but
that doesn't apply to the whole state of W.Virginia.
I'm going with Michigan, it's gotta have the highest
rate of unemployment in the nation.
