Well im trying to lose about a pound a day. i wake up at 6 am and walk for about 45 minutes go home then nap for about an hour. Then Ill wake up and eat a cbananas and have some milk. The at about 11 jog for about 45 minutes and then go home eat 6 pieces of strawberries then rest. at about 3 i will jump rope for about 45 minutes and then eat then nap a lilbit. at about 5:30 i will go play basketball for about 1 hr then eat and rest. Then about 8:30 i will eat a lil bit then walk a little bit for about 25 or so minutes.

I ONLY eat fruits.
Little portions 5-6 imes a day
Drink about 8 20 oz water bottles
Help me?

Dear All,

I kindly ask you for some information and help. I have got the following observation :
The hand of the fuel indicator does not go back to the zero state when I switch off completely the car and all the others go into default zeroed positions. I have a Renault Megane 1996, so I am wondering if it is normal exactly for the fuel indicator or not? If not how it could be fixed and where is the problem ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

For the last weeks I've been trying to put on some chest mass. I eat lots of meat and at first I used to lift 120 pounds for like 10 reps (2-3 sets), and did that for over a month and saw NO results, I got very very sore and never gained muscle...however in the last month a friend told me to lift no hard weight, example 50 pounds. and do it a bunch of times...Well i said "why shouldn't I try that?" I did it, and the results are AWESOME, i don't know if it's me but everybody says this is the wrong way of benchpressing, is there something wrong with me or this strategy really works better!!!

she is just a person, a person close to her said to the public, that she is robotic when she isnt in public. She is a women i know, and I love women. Yes she is the first one to run for president but she wouldnt be a good president. I dont see why? If you are homosexual or gay or transgendered or a cross dresser and love doing that kind of stuff, Hillary supports that kind of stuff. and dont answer this question because it is a no brainer why you do vote for her. My car didn't run so I gave it to this guy for free. I just wanted it out of my driveway. I gave him the title, but he has never legally taken ownership of it. It turns out he got the car to run and driving around uninsured and getting parking tickets. The registration is suspended because there is no insurance. I receieved several notice from the DMV that the vehicle needs to be insured and now I received a parking ticket that is under my name. I told the guy before but he won't listen. What can I legally do to him?

As an Asian, I feel that this is a sensitive issue for me. I know that many Asian American churches are basically country clubs on Sundays. I also know that many Asian "Christians" (Chinese, Japanese, Koreans) in North America are pretenders: they want the benefits of the gospel without taking on the demands of the gospel. You can see this in the way they live outside of church. However, Scripture clearly states that we should strive for "peace with everyone, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord" (Hebrews 12:14). Instead, in many of these Asian American churches, I find a lot of bickering, dissension, gossip, factions, and jealousies. Not the type of attitude and behaviour that exhibit the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-24). Does anyone here agree with me?
