Are they using Bt to treat the Australian Apple Moth problem?

I have found it impossible to confirm if the "organic" pesticide called Bt is what is being used to control the Apple Moth. the second part of my question is, if a pesticide like Bt, which is suppose to be organic. Then is still considered organic if it has been genetically altered?
