me and my wife are deciding to get separated but we dont plan on divorcing for a few years , i am about to buy a property in the state of Florida what can i do to protect my property in case she decided to fight me on day for it , she has told me that she has no problem signing a paper that states that she has no rights to the home i buy in Florida , is there a such paper that i am able to get for her to sign to protect myself

I am a base ball player and I am the power hitter, last game I struck out 3 times and hit for a pop-fly out. One of my team mates hit a homerun, another hit a triple. I am missing next game. We are first-time home buyers. Our closing date was supposed to be on June 29th. Our attorney just contacted us and told us that the sellers are unable to purchase the home they had intended due to inspection issues and request that we extend the closing date to July 31st. Our attorney says that we can keep the date and charge rent or extend the date.

I don't mind extending the date as long as they pay to extend the lock on our mortgage, but is there something else I need to worry about being that we've never bought a home before?

Obviously, I don't want them to extend it beyond a month. Is there a legal way to discourage that? I rent now and am not under any pressure to move out.

The family we're buying from is very nice and recently had some terrible circumstances, but we still can't have it extend any further than the 31st of July.

My kitty cat Spider is potty trained. However, he pees on our couch, towel on the floor, etc, once in a while...like once a month or even longer than that. We have tried everything from cleaning the box more often, disciplining him when he pees outside the box, etc. Our other cat tigger never had an accident in his life.

They're both neutered, although Spider was already a bit older (9 months) when he had him neutered.

Now, my hubby is threatening to get rid of my cat if he won't stop. I'm so attached to my cats and I'm scared that they'll be given away. I want to know how to stop this. Please help me.

I'm pregnant and for years, been alone at home since I'm a housewife and my cats are the only ones who keep me sane. They keep me company and if they're taken away from me, I'm sure lose my mind.

my semi-creationist boyfriend and i are having a friendly debate wherein i'm trying to support evolution, and he's looking for evidence of "something that addresses the spontaneous life that sparked evolution to begin with. (aka how single cell organisms came to be)." I'm sure I could google away and find something, but does anyone have a good, easy-to-understand explanation? okay so I've been swimming for three years now. and I still can't do breastroke right what happens is my right foot won't turn out like its supposed to. think I'd have a good IM if I could just learn to swim breastroke. I will tell you that i did have a Stroke when I was 6 months old. the right foot was effected. do you think that I just can't do it? because of that. my left foot will thugh. I've been working on this for two years now trying to stranghten my ankels and now there pretty strong. I did things like ankel rotations. tracing the A'B'C's with my big toe. My coach is out of ideas. and I'm sick of being beat out my 7 year old's in breastroke simply because I can't kick. my two questions are:

1) do you think the stroke has something to do with the fact that I can't turn the foot out, or do you think its just weakness?

2) do you have any exersices that I can do to work on it?
