Which has more job scope for a Bachelor of Computer Applications graduate in Delhi, India (or all over India in general), certification in Java programming or RHCE certtification?

It depends whether you want to be a programmer or a system admin. If you like programming, go with Java. If you like system admin, go with Red Hat.
