By this I'm asking since we are moving foward with cross breeding different types of creatures and looking toward new areas of experiments. Is it possible to take the genetic material from a animal..and add it to a human to give them some of the ablitys that a animal has.

rather let your child die than deny your faith toward God and Jesus?

This is an extension of another question asked earlier.

Origianlly it asked if YOU would rather die than deny Christ.

It just got me thinking. It's easy to die for Chirst...that's a one time thing. Living for Him is harder. But what if the gunman was pointing the gun at your kids? Would you save them or sacrafice them.

So I noticed that when I am in the hallway or on the street and I pass someone I acknowledge they are there (smile, nod, say hi) and then I look down at the ground.

I thought at first that it was a self esteem issue, but I don't think I have low self esteem. Since I realized this, I have been trying to keep my head up and look forward instead. Now I have noticed a lot of people do this when they pass me too.

Do you do this? Do you know where this habit comes from?

My husband is Brazilian, but despite our "cultural" differences, he has become more and more jealous, possessive, and insecure regarding our relationship. Although, I'm half Asian, I was born and raised here in the states and choose to stick to my beliefs and ideals when it comes to how women should be treated. We don't want to end our marriage, but things are getting very difficult for us. He has an image of how he thinks the a wife should be and he's so hard-headed that he won't even try to understand "our" ways here in the US. Note: He was NOT this away before we got married. I need anyone's thoughts or inputs regarding this. Any Brazilian folks out there care to comment?

My ex-husband and are dont really get along. we still argue and what have you. we do have a daughter together. recently he told me that he wouldnt have a problem with me and him sleeping together. Mind you he has a g/friend for about 6 years and she is head over heels for him but he will not marry her nor have a child with her. Me and my ex husband have gone out together with our daughter but that is all. We have many issues underneath our belt that even if we try to reconcile we will end up hurting one another once again. I was the bad person in the relationship. I made some stupid mistakes needless to say. And not it had nothing to do with another man. I married him for the wrong reason. I was with child and my parents disowned me and I married him b/c i had no one left. Do i love him yes but being that time has gone by so much, we will end up arguing and etc. what should i honestly do.

He was working on his truck and ripped it open on the windsheild wiper. it's pretty deep, and a huge chunk of skin is ripped (but still connected enough to heal back or whatever) but we think part of the muscle was also ripped and is hanging out... we're putting anti-ifection stuff on it and putting a bandage on it. Is there anything else we should do? Like, put the muscle back inside, or something? Help, please. (And don't just say "go to the doctor!" Duh...)
