The general manager of a restaurant has been accused of having sexual relations with many of his employees. He is 29 years old. For a couple weeks he has been trying to convince a 17 year old waitress of his to give him her virginity. Last week he finally convinced her to let him give her oral sex. The girl is my little sister and I know there are many things wrong with this situation. What can he get in trouble for? What should I do? Help!

Legal? Possibly, but quite likely counts as statutory rape.

Ethical? No. And it could most definitely be considered sexual harrassment if your sister felt obligated to do it.

The legal age of consent in my state is 16, so the legality really depends on where you live. Your sister needs to contact the Police.

While she's making contacts she should call the corporate office of the restaurant she works for an file sexual harassment charges against the manager. If the company doesn't investigate the matter have her call the EEOC.

As far as the law goes, any trouble he gets into is all in your sisters hands- She can press charges for statutory rape, or file a sexual harrasment claim with the company to get him fired; but if it were my sister, the law would really be the least of his problems.

Call the cops... thats illegal where I live (Kentucky) and if its illegal here, then its illegal everywhere. Once she hits 18 though, its legal.
