You know MTV's My Super Sweet 16? Where they show brats preparing for their biggest birthday bash, acting like divas, bossing everyone around..Spending their parents' hard-earned money like their own.. Do you think they will grow up to be like a certain Miss Hilton?

Ha we just had this conversation the other day lol. I think these girls are freaking brats and need to be slapped upside the head. This isn't how a young woman should act, by airing this show it's only breeding a new generation of drama queen,rich little skanks. Without mommy and daddies money they won't have crap. Their fake friends will move on somewhere else and since being brought up around popularity they have avoided learning lifes little important skills and the golden rule of treating others how you want to be treated. My guess is they will eventually become fat, lazy,poor,stupid and married to an older man named Larry joe and gets beaten for not having him a beer and mustard sandwich laid out in front of the tv at 6o'clock so he can watch wrestling.

yes! If not worse. And I hardly call singing or stutting your butt on tv HARD EARNED money. You want to see hard earned money go into a hospitasl and take a loook at what the nurses do. Go into schools and take a look at what the teachers do. Or go up to Alaska and take a look at what a bunch a men do to bring crab back to these rich brats! THAT my friend is HARD EARNED money!!! What these people do on MTV is a joke!!! Please! And they are raising children? What a poor excuse for parenting!!! No wonder those 16 year olds "ACT" like they are top of the line. But too bad for them its all just an act. Without their mommy/daddy they would be nothing!

Probably but hopefully not all. There are some rich kids that are raised with values. A while back I knew this girl who used to be my secretary, I worked with her for over a year and had no idea she was from money. When I spoke to her about it one day I was very surprise by her attitude. She had been working since she was 14, paying her own bills. She said that even though her parents had money they wanted her to have responsibility and to learn what it is to have to work for your money. Those kids on MTV's show are all spoiled rotten and I believe they will someday be like Ms. Hilton. Parents who work hard for their money so that their kids wont have to forget one thing...to show their kids what its like to work for something, to learn the value of a hard earned buck.

I agree! The kids are totally rotten and greedy! A 16 year old should not have a Mercedes or an Escalade for their birthday! They need a good reality check and a slap! I think it's disgraceful how their so called parents cave in to their demands!

I PERSONALLY know a girl that has done a show. Its completely fake and scripted. On some days, they will give them typed out sheets of paper of what to say. Prior to being on sweet sixteen, she even worked 2 jobs while being in school full time! So dont say that these girls have never had a job--that just isnt true!

No, it's all acting. A girl at my school was on SUper Sweet Sixteen. She wasn't that rich but they gave her a huge budget.

OOH yes. They are such snobs! They go around, and when they can't get enough orderves then they start to pout and stomp around like little toddlers. Then when people come to they're party, then they're like "where is your gift??!! what, u didn't bring one???? i use all my money (really their parents) and you don't give me a stinking gift??? i hate you!!!" and stomp away till the dreamy boy band arrives.
