im on what i would call restricted eating not really a counting carbs or calorie diet but eating 3 simple meals with 2 small snacks. i dont eat fried foods or high fat foods such as chips or cookies. in fact i havent had a potato chip in a little over 3 months now. but what is really killing me is when i come home from school and i cant find something to keep my attention i just go on an eating binge shoving down everything i can find for maybe 10 minutes. any suggestions on how to stop this

I block people who respond to genuine questions with "You need to accept Jesus .. ect." or "there is no G-d," name calling or if they have revealed themselves to be any other kind of troll.

If someone presents a relatively well thought out response, even if I disagree with them, I usually give them a thumbs up and go about my merry way.

My baby is 6 months (in a few days) and I'm finding that my milk supply is decreasing as she is getting older. I most definately don't want to stop breast feeding I love it. I decide to stop for a week and just pump and feed her I am hoping that this will help as I will do it every 4 hours for 10 minutes (on a duel) pump. I'm thinking that at least this way I can see how much she is getting.
My husband is home from work due to medical reasons so he is able to feed her so it doesn't make it to much work.
So the morning I breastfed her and then at 12 I pumped (only 3 ounces) I fed her at 1:30 (the pumped milk and 2 ounces of formula) is this going to work. Or does anyone has any other suggestions?

He was caught falisfying information and I am kinda surprised that he did not get fired. Ever since then, he has had a chip on his shoulder convinced that everything is not fair and that everybody is against him because he is black and gay. He makes snide remarks at everybody, particulary me, and never stops pouting. I am on the verge of blowing up at him, but I do not want to risk my job. How can I handle this?

I mean it's not in heaven, the place where forever is. This world is nothing but dust, and that is all your love is. We are suppose to desire heaven, not this world. This is the one thing that I hurt with my family of God.......what does your marrage mean to you, if in reality it means nothing? Is it pleasure? to breed? so you can fit in the world? Lonliness? My husband is in boot camp right now and will then go on to AIT. I understand he will get to fill out a "wish list" as to where he and I and our two sons would like to be stationed. Can anyone give any personal advice about the best bases to pick??? I am looking for bases, LESS known to deploy their soldiers, close to other stores and communities, good warmer weather, newly remodeled housing, those types of things....... Please give me your advice!? Some places we have talked about, but know nothing about are, Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Hawaii.

have to worry. She is ready to die but keeps hanging on because she thinks when she dies, she's going to be "lost" since she's not sealed to her parents or her husband. All of them have already passed away, and have had their temple work done. She wasn't active in church in her later life, and now that she's dying and can't get to church or the Temple, she's afraid to die.

I'm not Mormon, I'm just taking care of her in her house. Are there any church articles that talk about this or can help reassure someone that the temple work will be done for her after she dies?

I mean wouldnt that just be wonderful...think about the amusement park tricks and treats and rides! The only thing I havent figured out is how to make a sanitary lickable wallpaper----well i suppose you can just sell the strips but to have the real thing would be pretty awesome...

I'm 15 yrs old from the U.S. and aspiring to be an Airline pilot

Method: (If it is even logical)

1. Finish High school with good grades

2. Go to any University and get a Major in anything (if there is a recommended course please advise)

3. At 23 yrs old or so go to the USAF and apply for OTS and then UPT

4. If successful, stay with USAF for 10 years

5. Get out of the air force and apply straight to the top "Major" Airlines (not the regional airlines)

^^^^^ is that a possible route...or is there a better route ?

just got a warning yesterday saying that i should stop downloading movies. i've used limewire and bitcomet to download movies so im not sure which one got me caught.
