what should i do with the warning i received from optimum?

just got a warning yesterday saying that i should stop downloading movies. i've used limewire and bitcomet to download movies so im not sure which one got me caught.

is it still safe to download music? should i wait like 4-6 months before i do it again? should i just stop completely? is mIRC a good program?

Your ISP caught you, it has nothing to do with the program used.

Stop or you will be charged.
