do you beleive that jesus wanted us to follow our heart and learnings to do what we think is correct. or did he want us to follow every word of the bible like mindless zombies. i have been wondering this for years. i go to a catholic school and still can not seem to figure this one out. because the way i see it is that he gave us all differences so we could be unique and beautiful in our own way, not so we can all strive to be the same.

what is your opinion?

i think dallas will go all the way cause they are stacked this year. dallas will have a better running game this year cause julius jones has more freedom and also leonard davis is a beast! new orleans were good last year cause of the confusion on where reggie bush was. i think the teams will figure them out this year or someone will get hurt like bush or mcallister. also peyton manning is going to get hurt this year but addai will have a big year.

Ok so i have a Best friend but lately she doesnt seem like even a friend. Like today we went to the mall and she didnt want to go in any stores and she just kept going on, on how she wanted to hang out with this one guy J. And last night we had a sleepover and all she did was talk to J on the phone because she thinks hes "so cool" even though hes a drugie and a soon to be drop out, and now its even hard to hold one conversation with her on the phone because nowadays its always " Can i call you back, J is calling me?" Its obvious she likes him but other guys before like we could just all talk but now its just like im not good enough for her ya kno?

I am a recovering addict. My Mom is still in her addiction. She has surgery on Thursday. I'm driving her down there & taking care of her after. She is a Methodone addict. She asked me to hold her dope and give her some as soon as we leave the hospital. The fact that she's sneaking it through me tells me the Dr. doesn't want her to take it.
I've taken her to Narcotics Anonymous meetings but she's not ready to quit.
Would you give it to her? She'll have withdrawls if I don't.

I am about to start a 2 yearold paint for western pleasure. I have always started my colts in snaffles, but I know most people start their two year olds in bosals. Is it be better to start in a snaffle, so introducing the bit wont be an issue later? Is it against show rules to show a colt in a bit? Why do people start in bosals? Any info on the topic is very much appreciated.

My dog had her teeth cleaned today and the vet said her bloodwork was high in a couple of areas. These high 'marks' may indicate Cushing's Disease. She is on antibiotics and he's hoping the antibiotics will bring these numbers down and the high numbers were just a result of too much bacteria in the liver. She'll be tested again next Tuesday and if the numbers are still high, he'll do the specific test for Cushings. Basically, if you have had experience with this whether it was your own dog or you work for a vet, what did you do? What steps did you take to help the dog? I know medication may be involved. I would like to know if you chose medicine, herbal remedies or decided your dog had a good life and let the dog go (euthanasia). I don't think the last option is an option at all, not at this point. Thanks for any advice!

I was (I think...) almost killed in an above ground pool. We were attempting to drain the last of a 7000 gal. above ground pool with a small, fish tank type, pump. While I was making sure the small pump was submerged, he was connecting the extension cords. Niether of us were paying attention to the first connection steadily making its way into the inch or so of water still in the pool. JUST as it was about to touch the water I yelled, "ELECTRICITY, ELECTRICITY!" and ran on water to the plastic ladder (with metal frames). The plug was wet and I was thankfully (and only) in a state of shock.

So how much voltage DOES it take to kill a person in the water?

I love the Halloween season. I'm not really all that big on the whole trick or treating aspect but I love the decorations, Halloween parties, cool, crisp air and beautiful leaves. I also love going to the cider mills and "boo at the zoo". The Halloween tv specials are great too. Oh- and the smell of pumpkin candles.

I say that Halloween is my favorite holiday but that isn't entirely true. Its not really Halloween that I like its the whole month of October leading up to Halloween that I love. I get so excited when I start seeing Halloween stuff in the stores! =)

Plus, right after Halloween comes my birthday, Thanksgiving and then Christmas season.

Do you like Halloween season too?
