I have been exercising and dieting for a month now and have gone from 255 lbs. to 240 lbs. for a total loss of 15 lbs. The thing is I don't really see any difference in my stomach area. Also will only eating one meal a day, lunch, have negative effects on weight loss and strength training instead of positive effects?

Okay, i dont know how to exactly get started... like i want to first cut out red meat, then chicken, and so on. So once im a lacto-ovo-vegetarian, i can become a complete vegetarian. (only eat plants). I just need some starting tips, and will i need suppliments for the minerials ill be loosing from not eating meat? Oh also, im cutting out all sweets and cokes from my diet.

I started weight watchers on Monday, and I've already screwed up. I'm on the points plan, and yesterday I wasn't able to use all my points. I had two left over. Is this going to mess everything up? Do I eat two extra today or do I just move on and make sure to eat all of mine today?

I am thinking of losing 15 lbs. My body mass index is 21.5, which is normal. But most of my friend who are also 5'7 weighs only 120-125 lbs. My mom said itz because I am of bigger frame than them. Well, can losing weight help ur frame to be smaller? Do u think I should lose weight?

I am usually knowledgeable about stuff, but not so much when it comes to ping and stuff.

Is 6337 kbps download speed and 356 kbps upload speed good? The reason I ask is I have been playing online lately and it just seems off for some reason. I have Comcast also.

I was recently divorced after 20 years. Not to say that it was a good relationship, we stayed together for the kids. But he has had a new girlfriend since the time we were lagally separated. since she has come into his life he thinks that he can DICTATE to me when what and where about my son, even though I got primary custody of our 15 yr old son (the youngest of the 4). This summer my mother fell very ill, and with summer vacation he thinks that I should not be able to see him (as I am traveling back and forth from Fl. to Ga.) I had to call my lawyer to make him let me see him for a weekend. I know that she is behind all of his decisions (only because he is not a man and I have had to be this way too throughout our 20 marriage). The only reason he is with her is for her money, she has bought a home and he is moving out of our home and it's being foreclosed, I also have a 50 % interest in. How do I deal with him and her when they are both acting like little kids? Or am I being a wimp.

The little purple nhs leaflet says stay 'well within the recommended limits' which is a bit vague, the NIH say caterigorically none whatsoever, and the American College of Rheumatologists say no more than 1-2 units per month. Is the odd glass of wine going to seriously mess up my liver? Is it a dose dependent thing? Is the no alcohol thing just to do with hepatotoxicity or does it interfere with the efficacy of mtx? Any opinions greatly appreciated.

If they do, do they exercise 'less' faith than theists? Is that good or bad? Why or why not?

In my opinion, in both camps trusting reason is a 'step of faith' in the sense that no one can prove the universe is 'rational' or 'reasonable', or that God does or doesn't exist.

Any help thinking through this appreciated.
