I have treated her with respect,kindess, and patience-but she feels the need to go ount and screw anybody when I am not around to fulfill her unquenchible sex drive--any thoughts on this

It is always easy to tell you what you should do, but you are the one in the situation so you are the one that is feeling the pain right now.....
My personal opinion is to leave her. She is not only hurting you emotionally, but putting you at great risk of STDs which could be a life long (or life shortening) issue that you will have to deal with.
You said you treat her with respect and kindness, but obviously she does not respect you in the least bit.....she is giving the goods away to everybody!
I think you should find someone that loves and respects you and is not willing to put your health at risk for her own pleasure.....that's just selfish.
P.S. Sometimes you will find the perfect person when you are not even looking.....let fate do her thing. I wish you the best of luck!

Look your life means way more then a dam relationship. If your being the man your suppose to be and not breakin the rules, well you need someone who will do the same!!!!!! If she is so loose with hers were she can't hold on until you come threw then there is no respect!!!, trust, nor honesty. Now if you would of done something like this then you would of been everything under neath the sun and more. Don't degrade yourself, and don't you dare except that. rather be safe now and live life, then to be sorry and be at your death bed crying and wondering y did i allow this to happen to you and go down like this. Talk to her if she can control it nor respect the relationship enuff to stop then she dosen't care. then move on an live life SAFE!!!!!!

It could be her fear of you getting hook up with somebody so she might as well beat you to it. She maybe also want to be with you all the time and fulfill her wants that will make her happy.Women in nature are very insecure and seems to look for security and love from a man. You are treating her good and this is the way it should be. Always be ready when she needs you and also have fun in your lives. You might mention to her about your wants and things that make you happy reasonably constant.

It's not fair to you. If I were you I'd cut her loose. She may end up giving you an STD at some point. You can do better and find someone who will be faithful to you.

You can't, and shouldn't want to, change others. You are either compatible with another person or you're not.
If she's doing this now and you marry her, don't be surprised in 7 years when she's still doing it.

I agree with the others ... and would add that she's exposing herself and you (and all the others) to all kinds of unpleasant diseases. I think you can do better for yourself. It would be hard to do worse.
