Is it the fact that atheists don't believe as they do? The fact that their threats of hell don't work? The fact that they won't play along and pretend something exists without evidence? Or the fact that the atheists actually have evidence to back up what they believe, rather than a piecemeal book of ancient stories and local rules from the middle east? For some reason it looks like the pagans, Hindu's and other religious groups don't have a real problem with atheists.

I have a little query, for my upcoming exam I am expected to be able to give approximate answers to equations like this...
1/(2.03)^4

The explanation given is:

1/(2.03)^4 ~ 1/16+(0.03 x -1/8) = 47/800

The second example is

1/(2.97)^3 ~ 1/27+(0,03 x -1/27) = 103/2700

I understand all except the part in the second brackets and how the numbers are found. Im studying this course in French and this is not my first language, i was wondering if somebody could explain it in English please?

I seriously don't like pickles, and I'm not the only one. I hate going to any burger place and having to ask for no pickles or completely forgetting and having to take them out.

So I just want to see how many people like them and how many do not (specifically on burgers, not in general).

I have a game that I like to play and I was able to start my own server and have my friend join on my server. Now I got a wireless router so my upstairs pc could get internet, that works. However when i start my game on the wirelessly connected computer and I start my own server my friend can't join. I can join others games fine but I can't join his and he can't join mine, he is using a laptop connected via router too. It doesn't only happen with the game either anything that we try to connect via ip address we can't am I giving the wrong ip address or whats going on here?

I have been married for 10 years and have been a stay at home mom the entire marriage. I have 3 young sons 8yrs and younger. I want a divorce, my husband demands that if I dont loose 30 pounds (i'm not that over weight, my weight is 150 and i'm 5'7") and have sex with him 4 times a week in various public places that he will make my life miserable.
