Seriously all this Paris Hilton scam is entertainment. OK yeah she made a movie (porn), she is a host on a television show (a reality flick). It would be more appetizing if she gets another DUI and get arrested for making more of a foul of herself. I'm young and thank god if I didn't have the strong woman in my family I would have a couple pathetic role-models. She isn't gonna learn nothing! 45 More days my foot, she is only gonna serve a few more days and then gonna return to the simple life. Which is Money, Alcohol, and men...
Man I wish my life was that simple....lmao!

i dont think that she learned her lesson from any of this at all. i think she was putting on a show by the way she was crying when she got re-arrested. everyone knew that she wasnt going to stay in jail for the whole 26 days. now she is in jal for an additonal 40 days! no i dont think she has learned her lesson. they need to take something away from her instead of sending her to jail because she might not even serve the whole sentence. this makes me mad becuase she is just too rich to keep her in jail for a long time. i wish i was rich! Jeez man!

why is everyone today talking about Paris Hilton?!?! Paris this, Paris that... why don't u think of something better to talk about, like those starving children in Africa, or global warming, or the ozone destruction? I don't even wanna go on Yahoo! front page, there is always "Paris got out of jail" , next "Ups, looks like she's back again"..... PEOPLE PLEEEASE, this is pathetic!

I do believe she is learning a very painful lesson right now that will (hopefully) stick with her for the rest of her life. It is sad and unfortunate that she chose to thumb her nose at the law, but maybe now she'll realize that doing so is not a smart thing to do.

Paris Hilton is above the Law. She is an empty headed trollop and will end up doing herself in some day.

I think this will definitely teach her something. Going to jail is a fairly traumatic thing for most "regular" people. I can't imagine living such a privileged lifestyle and going to jail. It must be horrific for her.
Will the lesson stick long-term? Now that is the real question, and only time will tell.

I was wondering if she'd learn something from all of this. Wouldn't it be amazing if she grew up and took on a worthwhile cause? Prison reform? It really does need to be reformed--the popular buzz is that prisons are like nice resorts, but they are hell holes and they turn people into monsters, society would benefit hugely from minimizing prison sentences. Or against drunk driving? Also a worthy and needful cause.

she wont learn untill she has suffered enough. its the same way for everyone.
some people dont learn untill they lose a friends, a body part... and some end up dying. it is really a sad thing. but deep down, she is trying to cover her insecurities and unhappiness...
and untill she realizes that and learns to grow up then no.. she will never learn..
i pity her.
