I used to. I smoked for about 8-9 years, then when I was quitting that I used chew as a crutch. Go figure, I just transferred my nicotine addiction to that. It took me two years, but I;ve now been totally tobacco and nicotine free for about 2 months. It's a vile, disgusting habit that I wish I'd never developed.

It is my goal in life to avoid cancer of the mouth, as well as cancer in general. I have found that staying away from chewing tobacco and cigarettes/pipes helps me do this.
