I need to report child abuse/neglect, who are the best people to call?

The person ask a question that is like 23 paragraphs long and you start reading like okay maybe it won't be that long. Then you're thinking damn exactly what is this person talking about but you're curiosity keeps you reading. So of course you keep reading and you keep reading and you're like is this giant sized question really going anywhere. But then something catches your eye...I EAT MONKEY NUTS..so of course you keep reading. Now you're thinking man this person eats monkey nuts what else does this person eat. By this point you are so intrigued by the question and the possibilities that you invest more of your time into the question. So as you're subconscious starts to stray something catches your attention, maybe a word "BOOTYLICIOUS BAKED BEANS" or words so you're like what in the hell does that mean. Oh my I just have to read on is what your telling yourself until you finally realized that you have just been fooled into reading a very long dumb question about long dumb questions

I'm concerned. What would make the heart and veins/arteries in the neck and chest feel like they are fluttering. When I take my paulse It feels as though the heart is giving a THUMP feeling ever so often.. like ever 4 beats. It will beat for 4 and then make a thumping feel. It feels that way both in my neck veign and my heart. I have been all over the internet to find out what it could be and so far i have found NOTHING. So please answere if you can.. Thank you.

the "real" personality behind new names and avatars? I wonder sometimes if a new one is someone I already know. Say one who used to come. It has become sort of a trivial pursuit for me to match up "users" with known personalities.Does anyone else do this?

#1 don't take the bible literally word-for-word... there is alot of fluff in there but it's mostly used as guidlines for a good way of living...

#2 he forgives everyone and anyone if they choose to embrace him and become a good person. Which is more than what almost anyone else can or will do for you.

#3. He's the essence of all that is good and ya he might get jealous but we're all HE has... so take into consideration that if we don't like him then who else does he have? he'd be completely alone in the universe and he's the one that created us...

that's prolly the most depressing thing i could of thought of...

I purchased the game Burger Island yesterday by credit card and the game won't stop freezing up and I can't play it properly. I had just gotten up to get ready for school & I turned on the tv to watch the weather. They broke in for a special report & at that time, only one of the towers had been hit. So basically we watched it as it happened. It was terrifying...I called my mom & she hadn't heard yet & all I said was "turn on the tv--now"..There was such an eerie feeling in the air that day. The sky was overcast & everyone was talking & sad & totally flabbergasted at what was happening.
