I never heard of the program and don't have a clue. these are some links to support forums about the same issue, but it looks like there is no conclusion
are you running vista? sounds like vista has a problem with roxio

check if nethings in ur floppy disk drive cuz u cant start up a computer with one in

you uninstalled roxio drag to disk, and now your (smart) comptuer can't find the file, so reinstall the program.
