I had planned a trip to Hampton Beach this Saturday with some friends. But, as of right now, it looks like its gonna rain. I already stated that the rain date would be Sunday, but are Sundays not good beach days because it is more of a private, family day? And should I tell them now, or wait a couple of days to ensure that the forecasted weather is correct?

She always puts her hands down her pants and plays with herself, and what is worse, she grinds on things, like the arm chair of the couch and the edge of the toilet. i find that i cant lay on the floor with her anymore, because she will jump on me and start grinding on my legs or tummy! i was not worried about it, but she wont stop it! when i ask her what she is doing she just says 'no', and she is not in contact with any other non family members, like babysitters or anything so i am pretty sure this is not coming from someone else. so what the hell? Anyone gone through this?

I find this hard to believe because my house has an energy meter outside of it. It measures the kilowatts per hour. At the end of each month, the meter man reads the meter and I get my bill based on my kilowatts usage. How can the energy meter possibly tell the difference from when kilowatts are used in the day as opposed to nights? Cell phones have peak and off peak hours that the carrier can track but thats only because the carrier knows when you are making a call. How in the world does the electric company know when you're using electric? They only know the usage by coming once a month to read your kwh usage. Is there any truth to this?

my boyfriend went through a nasty devorce.and she got sol custody. she has been with 3 men since april.since the devorce. during the divorce she had told the courts that she was marrying one guy so she would look stable. as soon as the devorce was finnished she broke it off and married a guy from out of state she barely new.besides that she has a nother man whom which is her suger daddy. She refuses to let us know who is living with her evan though by court order she has to. we heard through the grapevine that she wants to move out of state and she is trying to find a way to move. the court order states that she cannot move for any reasons out of state.she is starting to not let dave see him and trying to make the emails look like it is his fault he cant see him. she threatens him about seeing his son which is the court order also that they cannot threaton the other parent about seeing calvin. She has pulled him out of preschool which is part of the child support .what can we do?

After purchasing a condo we have a pervasive animal urine tye odor that drifts throughout our house. We have had multiple inspectors in to no avail. No Urine traces anywhere, we've used blacklight, infared, moisture readers, cut into our floor to look around and a number of other things. We're at a loss as to what it is.

I'm am now doubtful that it is in fact urine but an odor very similar.

-Our condo is from 1912, subfloor is the flooring & we have plaster walls.
-The odor builds during the course of the day, fading down in the mouring hours.
-There is no smell outside, above us, below us or even next door... we've checked!
-We don't have any crawlspaces, nor attics.
-We've brought in gas, animal control, mold and air quality people. No one has a clue but say it is a Urine type smell.
-Previous owner did electrical & plaster work

I'm looking to find the odor to solve it, not just cover it up.

Suggestion are welcome. Thanks

hi, i am a 18 yr old white male and currently stand at 5'8 1/2. My mother is 5'7 and my father is 6'1. I have never had a growth spurt, my growth has just seemed to steadly increase as the years went by. At the end of the year 2006 i was shorter than mom, and from the time of december 06 to may 07 i have passed my mother up in height and grew literally 2 inches. I also just started getting light to darkish facial hair, just no mustache hair yet sadly. People say i look like im about 15 because i have a baby face and im 18, so i might possible be a later bloomer. This month my legs have been bothering me terrible with dule aches in the shins/quads and sometimes my calves. Ive been real tired latelly aswell as if 10 hours asleep each day isnt enough for me. Could i be going into some pubertal growth spurt and jump to my fathers height in the next few years or so? Ps. i hardly grew in high school maybe a inch or so, i just recently started to shoot up once i turned 18 kinda odd eh?

I came home early from class, noticed the back door open, then called the police. Everything had been dug through, but all that was stolen was a laptop, some washing detergent, and a bag of Durritos. The police said that it must be someone at the complex who was watching me and my schedule to know when I would be gone, and it looked like I interupted him when I came home early. He broke in through the window, it was locked along with the doors. Completely not my or my husbands' fault. Our lease isn't up until Feb of next year, but my husband is in the navy and is gone every other month, and is worried that I could have been raped or worse had he not been there, so naturally we want to leave. But they say that since he isn't being "restationed" anywhere, it isn't there responsiblity, so we either have to pay 3 times or rent to get out, our suck it up. Im alone every night since my husband is on night shift. I'm scared, and my husband's worried, what can we do? Should we hire an attorney

On the day of the Royal wedding, Sophie was getting dressed, surrounded by all of her family. She suddenly realized she had forgotten to get shoes. Panic!

Then her sister remembered that she had a pair of white shoes from her wedding so she lent them to Sophie for the day. Unfortunately, they were a bit too small and by the time the festivities were over, Sophie's feet were hurting real bad.

When she and Edward withdrew to their room, the only thing she could think of was getting her shoes off.

The rest of the family crowded around the door of the bedroom and they heard roughly what they expected; grunts, straining noises and the occasional muffled scream. Eventually they heard Edward say, "God, that was tight."

I have wrote a couple of novels I want published but i'm a nobody and wanted to see what people would think of my writing style and if it needed some work... I then wrote two short stories that I have had on my mind for a while. Heres the question:

Does anyone know any short story magazines or what nots in NYC or in the US that you can send short stories to? Or even websites you can send short stories to? (and get criticized for your work)

And when trying to publish them, should you do it under a pen name at first or use your real name?

My husband has a written contract with a company. In it they state that they will provide me, his wife, with a 40 hours per week job in their office for the summer. I am not getting anywhere near the 40 hours that were promised to me. We talked to them about it and they told us that I could get a job somewhere else if I wanted more hours. We brought up the contract and they said so.

Is this a breach of contract? If so, what can I do about it? Can I sue them for the amount of money i would have received had I been working the 40 hours? Does that make the rest of the contract void? Is my Husband legally responsible to hold up his end of the contract?

i have been working out 4 times a week for 2 months and dieting. i have lost a total of 4 pounds, that's it. i have another 30 before i would feel ok about my weight and another 60 to reach my goals. i have just signed up at a new gym and started going 5 days a week. i do an hour of cardio and then do a little lifting. i have been doing weight watchers (unofficially) and that isn't working for me, because according to their diet i don't eat enough, but trust me i do eat. 5 small meals a day with a snack or two in there. when i snack it is either some sort of fruit or a motts applesauce in the afternoon. my diet consists mostly of weight control oatmeal, lean pockets and fresh veggies, salad, and grilled chicken (george forman grill). what am i doing wrong? and how can i beat all this extra weight i have?
p.s. please don't respond with things like "stop eating, and get excersise because i am really trying here and not having much luck.

I just got a new job as an event booth operator, where I travel to weddings and parties. The work is not easy, I dress up, troubleshoot the booth, and try to seamlessly blend into the event. My boss says that I am not able to put up a tip jar, or directly ask the client for a tip...however, we are able to receive them if they are offered. Can anyone think of creative, tactful, pro-active ways of encouraging clients to tip without a tip jar/container OR directly asking for it from the client? I'll contact the person with the best answer to make it worth their while!

I'm going through a situation with Paternity, we are doing a dna test when he's born but anyway, I have a 2 year old son, and during pregnancy I always "taped big" with him, he was a big baby, and i'm 31 weeks pregnant again, he's either my 2 year olds son's father or my current bf, but my question is.. I'm also "taping big" this time, does that mean the chances of my son's father being the father are greater, or does that just mean I carry big babies?
