Start by contacting the dept of child protective services in the phone book and telling them (anonymously because you can do that) that the child has been taken out of school and that you you've seen many different persons in & out of the home fo the child at all hours. They will make a mad dash unannounced visit - this is the perfect opportunity for your fella to get contacted as they will either remove the child or get so involved with that womans life, she'll start being a proper mother and he'll get his rights back. In the meantime, see another lawyer and have her taken back to court. The fact aht child protective services is involved in her life doesn't look good in court.

Well, its only July and his divorce was finished in April? You have been with this man a minimum of 3 months, let him deal with his own thing. There is no we in the divorce papers it is him and her. You or her current man of the month have nothing to do with child custody or support. Good luck though.

It's not your place to be involved in a divorce that has already occurred. You really don't have much of a say in it because your just a girlfriend so be careful not to over step your boundaries. Tell your boyfriend to get a lawyer and you need to stay out of it.

get a lawyer with balls ( this includes a woman lawyer too ) ask around use the 30 minute interview,, and find a good hard assed lawyer to take her to court,
rarely do courts give Sole custody, there is Custodial custody which is where child stays most times, you might be confused about it, there is Physical custody ( parental thing ) and Custodial custody,

Sorry, but this is none of your business. You are not his wife and after dealing with THIS woman, he probably doesn't want another wife. I think you need to leave him alone to handle his own drama. Why do you want to waste your energy on this Jerry Springer family? Move on and find a man whose personal life is not a mess.

Gosh!! She moves fast. He can always see his son though. Not sure he can keep her from moving. This is really tough. She is probably not going anywhere.

See an attorney. You need professional advice, not anonymous postings from strangers.
