i know that you can feed your lovebirds peas but can you just take them like straight out of the garden say? and if you feed them broccoli do you need to cook it first or just wash it very well?

There are people in this world who live the most fantastic, effective lives without ever contemplating god...?

and there are devout religious people who spend their entire lives praying, worshiping and serving an idea whilst being depressed, bitter and miserable.

How is this possible? Doesn't the holy servant deserve happiness more than the non-believer?

The answer is simple. Life is a human experience which requires nothing more than attending to human affairs and concerns with 100% focus, effort and determination. This, in fact, is the only thing that has ever made a positive difference in our world.

If there is a supreme being or creator, you can rest assured this is all it would ever expect of us, and it certainly wouldn't be interested in the minutia of our paltry, individual lives.

If anything awaits us after we are dead, we will learn about it when we are dead, and then we will deal with it, knowing with complete confidence that we did the best possible job with our human existence while we were alive.

Isn't this the true Pascal's wager?

M husband is in the Army,and we are relocating to Colorado. I have three kids from a previous marriage?

My Husband and I got orders for relocation to Colorado from Texas. I have three kids from a previous marriage and their dad is here in Texas,he wants to stop me from taking them. He is a jerk and trying to make things hard on us. Would the judge allow us to move or what usually happens?

Does anybody know where i can find the new nevada law about neutering pets? this is in clark county.?

About a week ago in overton nevada I was speaking with an animal control officer about my dog {who had gotten loose], and she stated that approximately 8 months ago there was a law passed REQUIRING all dogs to be neutered.She did state that there were exemptions for show/registered animals. As she did not want to cite me for this I have no reason not to believe her,however my friends do not believe its true when I tell them.I'm wondering if anybody knows where i can find the "printable proof" for this?

Ovulation test and pregnancy! Please clear this up for me!!?

Im just wondering, we are ttc and 4 days ago i took an ovulation test and it was positive, and its still positive now. Now on the first night it was positive we had sex and then this morning we did aswell. Now because it is still showing that its positive, does that mean that the egg has not been fertilised or does the test stay positive until the egg either implants or not?

illegal immigration?

why is that if people from non white countries illegaly immigrate to US, there is a big fuss about it but when people people from european countries immigrate suddenly everything is OK
i bet, mexicans and other south Americans arent the only illegall immigrants in the US, there are several European illegals living in the country and not to mention africans
therefore my question is why are we targeting only the south Americans, y not others as well

How does one become a Catholic priest?

I have a dilemna. I am a 34 year old man who has spent 15 years of my life in prison. I am Catholic, but my memory of Catholic religious observence is very slim. I have tattoos all over me and I have been living in transitional facilities since getting out of prison. I am unemployed, having had alot of difficulty obtaining steady employment and have been forced to work in labor halls. After much consideration, I have decided that I want to become a priest and give back to society and the Church, but with my situation and background, I'm not even sure this is possible, and if it is, I wouldn't know where to start. Can anyone halp me?

How do I help my mother?

My mother has severe depression issues. She is also married to someone 20 years older than her. They have been married 20 years. He can be very verbally abusive. She lives in Houston and I live here with my 3 children. I am a newly single mom and I also run a daycare out of my home for 3 babies 5 days a week. I want to help her in any way, but I am worried about not getting along after a few months if she lives with me. She will have to live with me because her financial situation is not good. My sibling is newly married and does not want to help right now which I can understand. My mother put me in a parental role at a very young age and I have always been expected to take care of her. She is very codependent. Am I making a mistake for me and my kids by letting her move in?
