I'm 17 years old and in high school, and I'm not the leanest person in the world. I've done some weight training but i can barely handle weights over 60 lbs at a local gym that I go to. I'm also easily exhausted when running in the morning. Recently, I've tried taking whey protein drinks after each workout, but i havn't been seeing results. Am I doing something wrong? I'm considering getting this: http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2486357&cp=2551210 , but I've read on a few websites that it would be dangerous for people under age 25 to try stuff like this because it would be just as bad as taking steroids or illegal drugs. Someone help me! I need to become fit in 6 months and stronger. I prefer answers from professional Nutritionists or Doctors please.
