I hate math .I find it incredibly confusing but i have to learn it because i want to go to college.
I get very stressed while trying to learn and most of the time thinks i am too stupid to understand.
So what is the secret to learn math the easy way?

As a person who have overmasturbated almost a decade and a half of his life and has had numerous problem from it (weak sperm, weak erections, lack of concentration, probably memory weakering, etc...) I have now decided to limit myself to no more than one or two erections per month. I still do stroke myself as a part of the habit and as everyone knows it's good.

But I wan to know whether stroking myself causes release of endorphins and whether it is in the same expanse as ejaculation. Also whether stroking causes free testosterone to be used for sperm production (as in preparation of an ejaculation). Finally, for a person who wants to use most of his testosterone for fitness activities, who wants to limit his endorphine release to hopefully not overuse his adrenal glands any more and get endorphine from other activities - is stroking without erection bad for me? Or it is the erection that counts?

Last year I was on and off with my ex for 6 months. He is the only guy I've ever loved with all my heart. But he also broke my heart. He dumped me for other girls every time. I have a boyfriend now.
