I use to wrestle back in college before medicine. It was normal to be overweight a week or so before a match. The way we use to loose that water weight was to pretty much sweat out all the water right before the weigh in. Bicycle in the sauna was the most common practice, that's how you loose water weight to make it into the weight class. No muscle loss and all you loose is the water.

Knowing what I know now, that practice is very dangerous and if it needs to be done, should be monitored very strictly.

I try this too each and every as quickly as in awhile. I mean no longer by way of fact i think of it extremely is a stable thought, it extremely is in basic terms a undertaking I even have. while i'm eating nicely i'm around 1300 cals, then suddenly something bugs me approximately my physique then i'm all the way down to 4 hundred or so. And yeah people tell me it extremely is not stable for me, and that i will learn weight and that i comprehend that, yet like I reported i won't be able to easily replace that relatively. in any case I truthfully see the wear and tear on my metabolism once I start up eating precise returned. What seems to paintings is eating small food or snacks approximately 6 situations an afternoon just to maintain your metabolism working each and all of the time. I run extra, yet maximum severely consume extra protein and paintings on my muscle mass. i'm a woman, for sure, so it is different from i choose to "bulk up" yet muscle mass are the calorie burners. I do pilates, raise easy weights, and squats. Stuff like that. Then I in many situations lose my muscle mass as quickly as I end eating. while that occurs i'm sort of in a melancholy and that i do no longer workout in any respect. So it sucks and that i'm attempting to restoration it even if it extremely is not hassle-free! besides stable success.

No...if you reduce or stop your protein intake, you will lose muscle which in turn will cause you to gain more fat. If you're carrying extra water weight, watch your sodium intake...eating too much salt or foods that already contain salt will cause water retention.

Decreasing the amount of water you drink isn't wise either...you have to stay hydrated, particularly in warmer months or dehydration and dehydration-related problems could start.

Muscle is gained by hard work, or by yuppies in their sissy gurlyman gyms.

If you eat too much-- without burning it off--you will get fat!

You do not want to 'lose water weight' ever!

You didn't gain muscle mass from gluttony.. you just got pudgy fat. You should go to weight bearing and aerobic exercising. Slowly stop the gluttony, reduce the junk, salt, and fat intake. Don't drink cola sugary or sucrosed..It is always best to reduce or gain slowly, it stays on or off better.
