2. Capture entire screen with "Print Screen", then paste the image to Paint, Save As JPEG, then use a photo editor to crop.
Option 1 is alot faster and cleaner, but it'll cost you.

After you use the print scrn as mention in the previous post. Paste the clipboard to a phot editing program and crop it to the area of the screen you want.

Hit the Print Screen button at the top of the keyboard! Go into Paint and paste it.

click the key that says "print screen"- then go to ms paint (or any other photo editor) and click paste.
Highlight (draq a square) the exact area you want to use and then use ctl-C to copy it to the clipboard again.
Click new and then paste. Voila. Save it as.
