Nope. That has not happened to me and probably never will unless of course someone decides to cut my tongue out of my mouth and even then I can write pretty fast AND I know sign language.

well yes I think everyone goes through periods of self douobt. Our self esteem fluctuates all the time. When it becomes low and stays low then depresion can readily take hold. Often if we are down about several thiungs or we can`t work out what is getting us down then it is hard to let go and move on. This can be debilitating and serious if it goes on for some time. The key is to recognise how it effects our daily life, decide not to accept it, admit we are not super human and need help from time to time and the hardest part of all, asking for help. Easier said than done my friend but it is all part of our personal journey.

Both my sons are very opinonated and I try not to get into politcal conversation with either one. I would never win even if I was right.

Yes, my brother, who is 16 months older than me, but I don't think ANYONE can win with him. He is way to quick witted.
