I recently recieved a bloodgood red japanese maple tree for mothers day this month. After planting it, I realized I didnt put it in that great of a place. I was wondering, it is now exactly one week after I planted it, is it too late to dig it up and move it to a different location in my yard? If I will be able too, what precautions should I take? Thanks.

with this. I tried to backup an already burned (unprotected) copy of Stomp the Yard, and 42% into the backup, it froze and a message popped up that said:

Failed to Read drive
Data Error (cyclic redundancy check)

I've been using DVD Shrink since early '06 and I think that usually means that I just have to simply clean the disc. I tried doing it like five times, and it still didn't work. The next day I tried it on a laptop, and it stopped and displayed the message at 72%. I've also tried AnyDVD and CloneDVD, and it still didn't work. Can anyone suggest or recommend what I should do.

My workplace is spread over 4 floors, with me on the second.

There is no fire alarm in the building, and if anyone shouted fire from the ground floor, no one would be able to hear it.

Are my employers breaking any UK rules because of this?

She came to see me yesterday and said your cat comes in my garden I know I shouldn't encourage him but he's soooo nice, can I feed him? so I said if you feed him then you also pay his vets bills if he has to go to them!!!Am I being harsh?

my professor said the charge I get when I have 2 electrodes and voltemeter depends on the location I put the electrodes how???
also in the book -ve charge has negative deflection(down ward) and vice versa but in the ECG figure all (depolarization and repolarization )are drown upward why?/

This morning, my step son copped a major attitude with me when I told him to go outside and wait for his school bus. He had gotten into the candy jar when he shouldn't have and ended up knocking it over along with several other things and spilling things all over the floor.
When I told him to go outside, he said under his breath, "God, I didn't do anything." so I told him to come back inside and sit down. I asked him what was with the attitude and he said I wasn't being nice to him. He then threw a punch at me. He is nine years old and threw a punch at me. I yelled at him to lose the attitude and he kicked me.
Last day of school, I almost kept him home to disipline him but knew he needed to get his things from his desk.
How do I deal with him once he gets home? Please help.
