yea me too
its really frustrating
both the times when after u have answered and also before
whn my answer has already answered by the other person then no other perfect answer comes to my mind.the only thing we tend to do is to click on the bad answer hand.
and when my answer has already been posted by someone else then the asker will think that i've copied the other ones
thats really bad
but still wht can we do
this is sort of a competition to get the 10 points
so i think the best way to find a way outta this is to type very fast and answer to the point so tht the asker gives the answerer 10 points

Actually NO!! It doesnt really bug me, it just means that the person got the advice they needed whether it came from me or someone else is irrelevant.
The whole purpose of Yahoo Answers is to help each other and the fun is the points i know!! But primarily my goal is to help with no ego involved.
I dont mind even if it looks like ive given the same advice as people above because if you think about it most people in here seem to have that problem anyway and why would i be stupid enough to waste my time retyping advice i would have given if someone else did it for me?
I dont mind at all!!

YES!!!!!! lol!!!! or even worse when you rush in to answering the question - then read the other answers after its posted and discover someone else has put the same answer as you - only they got there first so it looks like you've copied them!!

It's worse when you think you might be the first to answer and someones posts 2 seconds before you do.

Or someone has used one of the questions you have already used and got a lot more answers.

It has happened, not often but it has happened and that's why I now read the answers before I answer and if there's one the same I will change mine. Just changing the wording but actually saying the same thing.

Or when you have just written an answer and you post it and look above you and someone has posted it while you were typing. Drives me crazy haha

Ya that's right. It was like answering double question. The most I will delete my answer coz it look exactly the same and moved on to the other question.

Yes, and I also hate it when it says "be the first to answer" and by the time you've typed it, you're about 7th.
