So I know the rules to get over a guy. Go out w/ friends, get a new hobby, concentrate on work, meet new people, try not to think about him. I've done it all. But I realized that it doesn't work. I feel like I'm forcing myself to deny my feelings and ignore my true emotions. Yes, I do know that it is better to be w/ people when you're feeling low but I feel like I have to go thru that bit of anger and confusion or whatever emotions. When I go out, I try to not think of him & I don't even talk about him bc I am trying to enjoy my time w/ my friends but this is on my mind. This is what I would have normally been doing, or he would have so much fun if he was out with me, or I compare every guy to him when I meet a new person. I feel like by doing the above rules you deny your feelings and it just prolongs the pain instead of confronting it head on & getting over it faster. Am I the only one that feels that way? Do the above rules work and it's just me?

My wife started a new bartending job about 5 months ago. The place draws in a younger crowd and she is there until close on the weekends (2:00 a.m. , not home until 3:30 or 4:00). In the past couple of months she has been wanting to spend more time with her co-workers, etc. who are ~20-25 years old. My wife is 39 years old. She even has a myspace and talks to them on there. Recently she has put a regular customer (male, ~25 years old) as a friend on her myspace. I also found some pictures of him ( from his myspace) she had in her bag that she takes to work. I asked her about them and she said she had them to show a friend from her previous work. She thought they new someone in common. I thought this was strange as she had ~7 pictures of this guy. She denies having an affair and I am trying believe her, but a lot of trust has been lost. She seems to like the younger atmosphere to much and not the family life at home,3 kids. she says she doesn't like to be around me lately too

she's actually quite thick, doesn't have an opinon for herself, never reads a book or paper. stares at the telly with her mouth open, head to one side. letting the kids run wild. when you try to distract her from it ,it takes seconds for my voice to sink through to her.she as no get up and go. and the house is always a mess, and i mean disgusting. but at the same time she will smother herself in fake tan, do herself up and then dress the kids, thats if they go out, most days the kids run round undressed, and she is still wearing her pyjama's. totally oblivious to the chaos going on around her. yet she has this great memory for numbers or figures, if you told her your phone number, she has no need to write it down, she can tell you it weeks months later, same with car reg, my husband needed his reg;no; how many of us can give their reg: off hand?. he went to look at his log book,, when she just reeled it off for him. maybe i am looking for excuses for her laziness. but can anyone explai

i have insurance but my mother is the main suscriber if i go to the gynecologist and have a birth control method prescribed and an exam done will she be able to find out through the insurance later on if she calls?

I have been very religious all my life, but after doing extensive research for a year I have come to conclude there is no evidence for God. Being a believer was always so much fun for me, and now that I am an atheists it's got me seriously depressed. How do you get over that?

OK I have two questions. For 1: I want to do aerobic exercises but without using my legs, due to an injury. Any ideas? Swimming is not an option as there is NO facility in my area. For 2: I ma trying to remove scar tissue underneath my skin. I read an article which talked about using ice to numb, then massaging the area, then using heat to promote blood flow, but this has caused immense pain!!! Any ideas on how to get the scar tissue alleviated, which in turn I think will decrease the pain..??
