it could be...have her take a test, or it could be a sign of a certain type of breast cancer...I would recommend her getting to a doctor ASAP

Women can 'leak' for a number of reasons and not necessarily because of pregnancy. It is known as Bilateral Galactorrhea. It is sometimes down to pregnancy, could be caused by the pituitary gland (which often creates the hormone change) or could even be a case of overstimulation of the nipples.
I do agree she should get it checked out.
You shouldn't assume that she is pregnant because she may be lactating. Did you know men can lactate too!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Male_lactation

My sister-in-law had the same problem she thought she was pregnant did some tests all came back neg.When she went to the Dr. he did some tests and found out she has a tumour on her pituitary gland which causes her to produce milk. I'm not saying your girlfriend has one but maybe she should go to the Dr to find out what it is.

any sort of discharge from nipples should be seen by a doctor straight away as it a symptom of many things. if she was only just pregnant she wouldn't be leaking milk at this stage. get her to make an appt ASAP

If she has ever been pregnant in the past, it is considered normal to have leakage. However, if it is green or bloody, this is very bad and needs to be checked by a doctor.

Being serious, it may depend if you been sucking on them. Sometimes if this is done often enough a woman can produce a small amount of milk. I have seen it happen.
Then as everyone say, maybe she is pregnant.

It could be a sign of pregnancy but she really need to get checked out as there could be something else going on.

sounds like she could be pregnant but breasts dont usually leak til the later stages of pregnancy do a test to be sure

If her breasts were leaking b/c of pregnancy you would know she was pregnant! Leaking colostrum doesnt start until the 8th or 9th month..she needs to go to the doctor.

Has she ever breastfed a baby? I haven't really ever heard of pregnant women having leaky breasts. She needs to see a doctor... discharge from breasts is one of the symptoms of breast cancer.
