Would you mind sharing with me (in detail) your favorite healthy meals/recipes? I am trying to eat better, but I guess I'm not very creative, because I end up feeling like my only choices are baked chicken and salads.

Please don't talk about snacks, because I am not much of a snacker. I like REAL MEALS!!! Thanks for your help.

I know it could hack a limb off of an unarmoured opponent, but it's useless against a heavily armoured foe, a stronger, thicker german sword, would do the job against an armoured foe, or a Mace or Warhammer, And Axes can Punch a hole through armour. The mideivel swords started out sharp, but became dull later in time because it's more effective. So the katana is just primitive in design. is it just the Anime warping kids minds? it's not a lightsaber, it's just a sharp sword, that can Break easily.

Okay,I've managed to get roundworms in my tank,I need a definite fool-proof way to eliminate them.I've tried everything from extreme gravel cleaning to even taking the gravel to the oven they still thrive arrgg!!..I know what causes them to appear and have done all the research I can stand I do regular water changes have around 1/4 an inch gravel at the bottom,clean the filter regularly and don't overfeed yet they just won't go away.The only thing I haven't tried is coppersafe...help!! I'm getting a new canister filter this penguin 330 kinda sux but I would like to eliminate them before I do this.So please someone give me an answer to this riddle...something that somebody has actually tried with success.
