I have had my dog for his whole 5 years of life and most of the time, he has stayed inside with little exposure to other people or dogs. I would like to change that since he is very timid and withdrawn when confronted with new people or dogs. I have been taking him for the last 3 days to doggie day care but so far he has still shyed away from the workers when they come n near him. He is not scared or aggressive with the other dogs but he does'nt really interact with them either. Is it just a question of time to get used to them or he is just too old to socialize?

What is the probability of having a "safe" pregnancy at the age of 36, only 10 months after having had 9 pulmonary emboli? On Lovenox (40mg) a day now....no family history of blood clots and never ever smoked. Otherwise healthy. Please be honest!

I never have needed to clean and disinfect my bins because I dont put stinky things in them.Sometimes I have a can of fish or beef stuff then I rid cans by dropping them on my laun to let ants clean them clean and only then shall i put them in my risikel bin.

Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding COUNT the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

The number of MAN is 666, so why do most people assume it's the number of the beast?
Does anyone know the Count (the Number)?
What's the number and significance?
I would like esoteric, Masonic, and the like, type answers if some of you have any. Is the number of the beast really 666? Why do you believe so. What are your sources?

And don't give me 'but Atheists attack Christians!' cause I don't buy into all that. Do we really know who cast the first stone? But anyway, it seems though that of the 6,560,000,000 people on Earth as of January 2007, 2.100 billion are Christian, with Buddhism coming in next at 1.465 billion. Islam with 1.320 billion, Hinduism at 910 million, other religions at 393 million, and Atheists falling in LAST of the top five at 372 million. (after the top five, the numbers of other religions drop to 25 mil and below, I won't bother to mention them.) But doesn't it seem that if Christian's goals are to preach the gospel to the world, that Buddhist's should be their top priority since they have the next to largest number? Why target the Atheists? Again, don't say cause they targeted you first. Don't you see how easy you are to goad? And I'm not siding with anyone.

Remember, no matter what you believe, real maturity comes when you can believe that you are right and not have to prove it

ok... im kinda done wanting to live, i just give up in a way because i dont see any good in living if im not doing anything good for anyone and everyone is saying they care about me and are worried but that just means that im taking up there time and im not doing them any good making them worry and im not doing anything but taking up peoples time and im 14 years old and im already suicidal... its kinda sad... but i cant help it... and i dont know any way to make things right unless it means to not live anymore and i dont know what to do... im sure theres a question in here somewhere... well, i live in iowa city and i dont know what my choices are at this point because im not even able to feel good at my house... my house is the last place i want to be... i live with my mom and her husband... my sister already left as soon as she could... but all i can think about now is how running away is the best thing i can do until i have to go back to them and then things will be bad...
