All I have ever used day in and day out in the past 30 years is Ivory soap. Been a few times I have needed a bar of lava soap, but I don't recommend that for delicate females such as yourself.

most soaps are basically the same....but there are some soaps that do a lot of skin damage as well. Some can dry out your skin others can cause skin irritations. and as gross as this may seem.....never use soap on your face...just plain hot water especially if you spend a lot of time outside . soap will remove the natural oils from your skin that protect it from the elements causing your skin to dry out. And your face is exposed more than the rest of your body.

Whatever's on sale. Not Ivory (dries my skin), not Dial (dries my skin)... Irish Spring is whats in my bathroom now. Soap is personal. Everybody's skin reacts to different soaps differently.

I use the green irish spring to bathe - I like the smell. I use Palmolive - apple to wash dishes - again I like the smell. And I use Gain for my laundry - I bet you know where this is going - because i like the smell-lol. I don't know if these are good products or not but I like them and that's just the way it goes-lol.

Irish Spring with aloe BAR. Best soap for me so far.
It's cheap, very mild nice smell, soft, and the aloe good for your skin and makes your skin feel good too.

Anything that is neutral on my skin. Ph5.5 Johnson&Johnson. Doesn't sting my eyes, and it's in gel form (I hate it if someone shared my bar of soap and get "tiny" hairs stuck on it...)
Oopps... just lost my appetite.
