Whenever I turn my computer on in the morning it never boots up on the first try, it will either freeze up at the windows loading screen or it will just be a blank black screen. So I turn it off by holding the button down and try again and it boots up fine. once in a great while it will boot on the first try, but rarely. Its been doing this for about 4 months now.
Does anyone know what could be going on?? Thanks.

How do you forgive and forget... when it comes to family?

ive been hurt many of times from my dad and well its mainly because of the brain tumor that he had durning the times i was 14 all the way up to the time he had it removed (with some of his brain) at least that what doctors say but how can i know the truth i cant even know now because he cant remember and well even that could be a lie i am not the crazy one because i can remember it and he cant but how can i even talk to him if were not on the same track and i wonder if he can even find remorse if he could remember so my question is how can i forgive and forget and bring closure to something that one of us cant even remember

If you were flying in for the Shapie 500 from another state where is the closest airport you would fly into and how far is it from the track? Do you need to rent a car or is there a shuttle and also the hotel situation around the track?

Are Iowa public schools required by law to provide lunch to Students everyday?

It has been a reoccuring problem that students have had their lunch Taken Away but the lunch ladies durring lunch do to their accounts being negative. Today 1/4 of my lunch shift had their lunch trays ripped out of their hands. I myself had .60 left and they took it away.
I partialy understand why, (though this question is only half of the problem)
But me and some fellow students are trying to find a law stating that the school has to provide us with lunch if we so choose. But we cant find any sites with laws. So i ask.. Is it required that they provide us with lunch?

We have seen little rodents running into our garage right before dark - they run so fast you can't tell if they are rats or mice. How can I tell?? How can I best get rid of them - I am freaking out!

Memory Upgrade for a laptop?

I had gotten the memory card in the mail about a week ago..then I had to send it back to get one with the black chips on both sides..I got it in the mail yesterday and I had installed it...It didn't work so I called crucial. They told me to try each memory module by itself to see if the modules work and the slots work. The memory card I got in the mail, well when I put it in my computer on its own, it crashed my computer. I restored it but I am returning the memory back to crucial and getting a refund...not sure whats going on. The card that was already in my computer is a Samsung and the one I got in the mail wasn't a samsung. Could that have been the problem? If I had gotten a samsung, do you think it would have worked? Thanks

Cleaning up my credit report?

I have 3 charge offs on my credit report, the debt just under $1500 total and over 5 years old and from what I gather the statue of limitation has expired on them (is that the right wording?) but I heard from a collection agency about twice a year ago after I got a credit card.

How would I go about to remove these mistakes from my credit report? Do I try to contact these collection agencies and make an offer to pay a % or do I dispute them with the credit bureaus? I have zero paperwork from the creditors so I have no idea if what the collection agencies claim I owe is even correct. Also I found out that one creditor went bankrupt and sold all their debt to a collection agency. Years ago I just stopped recieving statements from them. I'm not really sure what to do. I would like to buy a new car but want to raise my credit score somewhat before I do.

Also if someone could recommend a site where they explain how to dispute step-by-step for dummies like me I would be greatful!!
