Whenever I turn my computer on in the morning it never boots up on the first try, it will either freeze up at the windows loading screen or it will just be a blank black screen. So I turn it off by holding the button down and try again and it boots up fine. once in a great while it will boot on the first try, but rarely. Its been doing this for about 4 months now.
Does anyone know what could be going on?? Thanks.

If it is freezing at the Windows loading screen, that usually indicates a hardware problem. Something is not getting "started" right, and so Windows can not find it during boot up. But the reboot is bringing it up.

Try open the PC and reseating all the cards, memory, etc, within it. It may just be a loose connection.

Your hard drive is probably about to die. Make sure your data is backed up.
