I think the biggest problem would be that my strength-to-mass ratio would be way off. Dig this:

The strength of a muscle has to do primarily with its length (which is why all people are stronger than all fleas). So if I were 100 times smaller I would be 1% as strong. That's not the problem.

The problem is that weight has to do primarily with volume. If you reduce any dimension of a cube, then it holds much less. So if I were 100 times smaller, I would weigh 0.001% as much. Yow!

This means the muscles in my legs are suddenly (proportionally) ten thousand times stronger than they used to be. Ever see astronauts try to walk on the moon? That's when their muscles were just SIX times stronger. At ten thousand times, I think it's fair to say that normal walking would probably be almost completely impossible without a LOT of practice.

But I could probably jump VERY well!

I'm not exactly sure about this, but I think your biggest problem would be being plunged into darkness. Your eyes are normally sensitive to light in the 400nm-700nm range. Being shrunk 100x might cause your eye to become sensitive in the 4nm-7nm range. This is well into the soft X-ray range. There isn't very much ambient soft X-ray radiation. Normal air is opaque below something like 200nm!

I am 165 cm tall so if I get shrunk 100 times I would be 1.65 cm ...the problem would be that I would be very tiny and everything bigger than I am

it would take 100 times as long to get anywhere you needed to go.

if it normally takes you 10 seconds to get from one end of the house to the other, it would now take you 1000 seconds (more than 15 minutes) to go the same distance.

You'd get crushed... Everything would be a lot further away (to you), you certainly couldn't take any transport anywhere (getting onto a bus would be impossible, you'd have to jump SO SO high!)

you'd be trapped because imperfections in the floor/ground covering would dwarf you...that is unless you grew wings and could fly.
