I try to walk 3 miles a day if I can--is that enough to really get great health benefits or do people walk even more? Do you use a pedometer?

I have one credit card now since 5yrs ago. I want to build up my credit, but i hear there are many ways aside with credit cards. I was thinking of opening up one, or poss two credit cards, just to gain notoriety with the creditors, and ofcourse use them!. What do you guys recommend for me to build up more of credit history?. Thanks!

Symptoms:
--Fell asleep in contact lenses that I went swimming in.
--Can not leave my left eye open for too long or I will tear.
--Feels like pebbles in my eye lid and my eye ball hurts.

My dumb doctor insists that I have pink-eye but I know I don't- this is painful and I have no discharge. Eye drops for itchiness or redness does not help... doing it already.

Any recommendations? (other than replacing my careless dr.)

i am gettin gmarried in 3 weeks and i just had a baby 3 months ago but i'm trying to lose the weight i gained by my weddin!! i gained over 60 pounds when i was pregnant and have 20 more to go i'm not expecting tolose it all by then but i would like to lose at least 10 more i have been dieting and excersing at least 4 times a week but the rate at which i'm losing has practically stopped i need something to get it going again PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!!

I'm going to Las vegas this month. I know it'll be really hot outside but I will be staying at the hotel most of the time so I wanna know what to wear in the hotel. I think I have a bunch of it on my computer because it seems to be running slower. I downloaded Spyware Terminator but it doesn't seem to find spyware only tracking cookies. I tried Spyware Doctor you gotta pay for that though unfortuanetly. So just wondering if there were any good FREE ones out there that work well. I'd prefer a free one but I also know possibly the only way to get a good remover is to pay for it so help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

My 20 month old daughter may have Rheumatoid Arthritis. We need to go see Kaiser's pediatric rheumatoid specialist. He is located at Kaiser's Oakland facility but is only there 1 day a week. According to my daughters pediatrician we need to get my daughter in for an appt within a week or two since the swelling in her knee is so severe it might cause permanent damage to her leg if left untreated too much longer.

Due to the Dr only being in Oakland 1 day a week our appt is not scheduled for a month. If we want an appt sooner Kaiser said we need to travel to Sacramento (where the rheumatoid pediatrician is stationed). Sacramento is 3 hours away!

My daughter's pediatrician put in a referral for us to see a Dr at Stanford Medical which is only 45 minutes away and they can see us within the two week timeframe. Problem is Kaiser denied her referral. I am going to appeal it. Please give me some pointers on going about the appeal process and what I should say.
