Yeah, nice cop out there.

So let's replace the word god for magic flying puppies.

The proof and evidence of the magic flying invisible puppies that hide in trees that are only revealed to those have a heart for the magic puppies & want them in their lives. Only then can you see the magic puppies! For those that don't want the magic puppies, they receive no evidence because the magic puppies will only respond to those that do want them and have faith in them.

I can tell you this much,

Before the truth can produce any results, it has to take root in our figurative heart. Jesus assures us that like good seed in fine soil, once divine truth has touched a good heart, it immediately goes to work and bears fruit. What should we look for?

We must take note of heart qualities, not just outward show. Merely keeping up a routine of worship does not always reveal what is really going on in someone’s heart. (Jeremiah 17:9, 10; Matthew 15:7-9) We need to look deeper. There should be a definite change in ones person’s desires, motives, and priorities. The individual should be developing the new personality, which conforms to God’s will.
(Ephesians 4:20-24)

To illustrate: When the Thessalonians heard the good news, Paul said that they readily accepted it as the word of God. But it was their subsequent endurance, faithfulness, and love that confirmed to him that the truth was “also at work in [them].”—1 Thessalonians 2:13, 14; 3:6.

Of course, whatever is in a heart will sooner or later be revealed in our behavior. (Mark 7:21, 22; James 1:14, 15)

Here is your proof that God exists.
What do you breath? The answer is air. Man cannot create or destroy it so who created it? How does it exist?
Who created the Earth? Man didn't, science didn't because the Earth was here before any of these things were created.
For all you Satan worshipers, who call him your "god", who created him. He is limited in what he is able to do. He is also a spirit, you can't see him but you know he's there by the things that happen. No we cannot see God, and those who haven't/won't receive him in their hearts don't believe in Him, but there is NO WAY to explain the fact that there is a solar system, universe, other planets, air, and other spiritual beings (if you believe in them) that man could not have created. There has to be a Higher Power.

Gen 1:1-In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

True... The Bible dose not prove God... God proves The Bible to those open to His leading, through The Holy Spirit. Ony those open to the leading of The Holy spirit will find what God has for them in The Bible.
No mortal can prove God to any one. The only proof of God is God... and no one will come to know God unless God Wills it.... but ... God wll not compel anyone to "believe... even when The Truth is revealed many still refuse it.

I like Bertrand Russell's quote on this issue. "If I am confronted by a God asking me why I didn't believe in him I will have to say "not enough proof".

How can it not be so painfully obvious that we are applying human-like behavior to God? (very immature human behavior even!). Should God exist she would be laughing at our caricature of her, and feeling sorry for all the believers of every faith.

Picking and choosing passages is fun. I like Luke 19:27-8

27 But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them - bring them here and kill them in front of me.
28 After Jesus had said this, he went on ahead, going up to Jerusalem.

So is being a murder evidence that God exists?

True

It is the word of God and he never changes

If they would open their hearts to the truth they would see God

Wait, Maurice, have you really thought this out? God is only present to those who want Him?

The Apostle Paul didn't want Him (at least in Jesus form.) Look what happened to him.

True and agree, because the Bible tells me so. God will confound their thinking they will think themselves right into hell.
Too bad, but its their free-will choice. Can you imagine the whining when their "enlightened minds" finally figure out they have chosen eternal punsuhment?

There is absolutely no proof of God but if you believe you can find proof in anything (and I mean anything).
