You've reached a plateau. Change your exercise routine. Mix it up. Start eating more frequent smaller meals, like 4 or 5 mini meals instead of 3 large ones. If you try starving yourself your body will go into survival mode and you won't lose much weight. You can feasibly lose 10 lbs in 3 weeks but it won't be easy.

You could try the south beach diet wich involves cutting out all carbs for 2 weeks and prdicts a weight loss of between 7 and 14lbs in these 2 weeks or you could try the juicing diet which involves juicing and blending certain fruits and vegetables and this can help you lose between 7 and 10lbs approx in two to three weeks.
However, maybe you are putting too much pressure on yourself to be thinner and you should take a more relaxed approach as often stress can hinder weight loss.
Best of luck with the diet and the wedding.

Okay, my big tip since I lost weight for my wedding last year: Eat Oroweat lite bread. It has about 40 calories a slice! I can't live without carbs.
For breakfast I used to have 2 slices toasted with a slice of fat free cheese (the plastic kind, 35 calories) sandwiched in between. For lunch, a sandwich with lean turkey and mustard plus tomato and/or lettuce and fruit (maybe a few soy chips). Dinner was usually a lean cuisine broccoli and potato meal and some plain chicken. Maybe a slice of bread as well. Snack in the evening was a repeat of breakfast. Lots of tea with artificial sweetner & lemon, as well as diet cokes. No alcohol. No sweets.
Exercise - you don't say what you are doing but you should be walking at least 3 miles on the treadmill. Or an hour of good cardio.
Good luck!

First off congrats......
Second, this is directed to that *****B person, who the hell do you think you are putting that kind of answer up here? Shame on you! I cannot stand when people take a platform on something and don't give an actual answer.
Now, back to your question. My answer is the South Beach Diet. You lose Belly fat first and you won't starve. Its basically a 3 phase diet.....the first phase is for 2-4 wks with no carbs, alcohol, sugar, breads, starches or fruit. (Think high protein, with salads, yummy!) Without exercise, I've done Phase one and lost 12 lbs in 2 wks.
Hope that helps!
Congrats again!

The first thing to consider is your stress level. With so much going on, your stress could in fact be keeping you from losing the weight that you want to loose. Eat heathy, three Meals a day, breakfast in the morning, lunch at noon, and dinner before 6PM. Take 20 minutes to run or jog. Do situps and crunches 3 sets of 20. I would also advise not stopping this exersizing once you meet your goal. Make it a habit. Congrats on both getting married and your newborn!

Do you live near a Herbal Magic?? My friend lost a tonne of weight on it, quickly, as they give you supplements to help you lose and get you past those plateaus. It is all safe and a balanced eating plan. A bit restrictive for what you can eat, but they never felt hungry. That and the exercise and you should do great. I would have thought it was bogs until I saw the results others got and quickly too!! Best of luck. Regardless of how much you lose, I'm sure you will look stunning!!

indexed under are some issues that might actually assist you over the plateau: Drink basically skim milk, water or tea. do no longer drink any eating recurring beverages or sodas or alcohol. make specific 0.5 your plate is greens at each meal. consume oatmeal for breakfast, plus fruit. dodge man made sweetners in any respect expenses - they make you hungry and bloated. replace your workout recurring. commence utilising different machines, improve the p.c.. of your treadmill, take a clean classification, purchase a used motorbike on Craigslist for $25 and commence using, and so on.
